Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request deletion, and we will honour that request promptly.

What we hold

The only personal information we usually hold is:

• Your name and email address (if you've contacted us or booked a call).
• Scheduling details stored by our booking provider, Cal.com.
• Email correspondence between us.

The savings calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser and does not send anything to us — there is nothing to delete from that.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@ailabs.co.nz with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address or name you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 3 working days, and complete the deletion within 20 working days (as required by the Privacy Act 2020).
4. You'll receive a final confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Exceptions

In some cases we may be required to keep certain information for legal or tax record-keeping purposes. If that applies to your request, we will tell you exactly what we must retain and for how long.
