Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 April 2026
AILabs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Who we are
AILabs is an AI agency based in New Zealand. You can contact us at hello@ailabs.co.nz for any privacy-related enquiry.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address when you book a call or email us.
- Scheduling details — the time slot you select when booking a call, along with any message you include.
- No tracking — we do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this site.
- Savings calculator — the calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why we collect it
We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry, schedule a conversation, and provide the services you ask us about. We do not sell your information, ever.
How it's stored
Booking details are stored by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) under their privacy terms. Email correspondence is stored in our email inbox. We retain this information only as long as it is needed for the enquiry or for legal record-keeping.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- The scheduling service provider (Cal.com) to manage the booking.
- Where required by New Zealand law.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information — see our Data Deletion page.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ailabs.co.nz. We will respond within 20 working days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
